I purchased the Great White II Pool Cleaner about a month ago, and it has exceeded my expectations! It's FAR better than any of the skirt type cleaners we had previously. It's not perfect, but obviously the longer you run it, the more chance it will have of cleaning all areas of the pool. For our pool, it DOES travel to both shallow and deep ends - people that claim otherwise simply do not have it setup correctly, or need to add a length of hose or two. I made a complete torture test video of it for my youtube channel, where it cleaned what was weeks of heavy leaves and massive debris, after our previous cleaner died. I upgraded from the earlier version l find the mk2 to be just as good if not a lot more effective good choice for a middle of the road pool cleaner.

Made an incorrect purchase? No problem, all orders that were incorrectly purchased or “change of mind” will simply incur a small $10 return shipping label fee that will be deducted from your refund, as this is what it costs to get your order back to us.
From there, providing you use our Returns Centre, your return is fully tracked on its way back to us. Your return will then be processed within 10 business days of being delivered at Splash King.
Any initial shipping costs are not refunded.
